Let's Walk

Our Let’s Walk wellness program offers students an opportunity to engage in a therapeutic outdoor walk with a CAPS counselor at three different unique settings on campus. Students are guided by staff to engage in a mindfulness activity designed to develop attention to the present moment. Let’s Walk is a low-impact physical activity focusing on body, breath, sights and sounds in an open-air environment.
